The boardwalk is wheelchair accessible, making it easy for everyone to enjoy the lush greenery and the sounds of trickling streams. Our Social Saturday crew certainly made the most of it!


Maroochy Bushland Botanic Gardens: A Nature Lover’s Paradise

Want sweeping views of the Glass House Mountains without a trek? Mary Cairncross Scenic Reserve in Maleny is the place to be. The Rainforest Discovery Centre and accessible boardwalk allow visitors of all abilities to immerse themselves in the beauty of this subtropical rainforest. The onsite café also offers one of the best outlooks in the region, so you can take in the view with a coffee in hand.

Looking for a quiet escape? Ewen Maddock Dam, near Landsborough, offers an accessible lakeside boardwalk perfect for a scenic stroll or a moment of calm by the water. There are also picnic areas, making it a great spot to gather with friends and family.
